When generating the numbers used Lottery Picker Pro uses a mathematical process using a Poisson distribution of the numbers and Bayesian inference to determine two sets of numbers specific for that day.
The first set based on each ball as an independent event, the second set using patterns of numbers appearing together.
This version was created to use the Powerball number format, and the Powerball number frequency charts dating back to January 7, 2009 when the current number format was put in place.
